MTC pull rod magnetostrictive displacement sensor series (explosion-proof), effective travel 80mm ~ 3000mm, both ends with a buffer stroke.Non-contact measurement(inside),explosion-proof,long service life, available for various application environment. The magnetostrictive displacement sensor uses the principle of magnetostriction to accurately measure the position by generating a strain pulse signal through the intersection of two different magnetic fields. The measuring element is a waveguide, and the sensitive element inside the waveguide is made of a special magnetostrictive material. The measurement process is that the current pulse is generated in the electronic chamber of the sensor, and the current pulse is transmitted in the waveguide, thereby generating a circular magnetic field outside the waveguide. When , due to the effect of magnetostriction, a strained mechanical wave pulse signal will be generated in the waveguide. This strained mechanical wave pulse signal is transmitted at a fixed sound speed and is quickly detected by the electronic room. Since the propagation time of the strained mechanical wave pulse signal in the waveguide is proportional to the distance between the active magnetic ring and the electronic chamber, this distance can be determined with high accuracy by measuring the time. Since the output signal is a true absolute value, rather than a scaled or amplified signal, there is no signal drift or change in value, and there is no need to periodically rescale.
